A quick note to introduce myself and why I started this blog …
I recognized my true calling at an early age, sitting for hours on the floor of my mother’s powder room watching her in awe while she draped herself in the most beautiful chiffons and ran that blush-brush across her cheek in a way that would put Photoshop to shame. My years in New York City and the education I received at the Parsons School of Design further opened my mind to the limitless possibilities of how many heads a well-styled woman can turn.
I am the person that cannot help but deconstruct and visualize how every woman at a party can look her best. I am happy to give credit where it’s due and quick to recognize a great ensemble. I have styled many a friend for that special occasion, and they are today very happy & stylish.
I firmly believe that knowing who you are, the confidence with which you carry yourself and a little effort will go a long way in creating what I call a “Winning Look”. My blog will help YOU find that.
Aside from the unsolicited advice on this blog, I am also available for personal consultation. Please email me at mitali@closetstylist.net for details.
